Send a deletion request
Email contact@geometricapplications.com with the subject Data deletion request. Include:
- The game: Rogue Dungeon RPG, Resolute Hero RPG, or Monster Picnic.
- The data you want deleted, such as a cloud-save account, cloud progress, or support emails.
- Your platform and the email address or player identifier associated with the game account, if applicable.
Send from the email associated with the account where possible. Never include passwords or full payment details. A parent or guardian may submit a request on a child’s behalf.

Rogue Dungeon RPG
You can request deletion of your cloud-save account record and associated stored gameplay data. We may ask for information to verify that the account is yours. Deleting cloud progress does not automatically remove the separate local save on your device or delete your Apple or Google account.
Resolute Hero RPG
Resolute Hero RPG does not offer cloud saves. To delete local progress, remove the app and its stored data from your device, and manage device backups separately. We cannot remotely delete local progress. You can also request deletion of support correspondence.
Monster Picnic
The current development version stores progress on the device and has no online account. We cannot remotely delete local progress. Remove the app and its stored data to remove the local copy, and manage device backups separately. Parents can request deletion of support correspondence.
Retention and completion
We will respond to explain what information we can identify, any verification needed, and the steps and expected timing for the request. Information that must be retained for legal, fraud-prevention, or security obligations may be excluded; we will explain applicable exceptions. Apple and Google manage their own purchase records under their policies.
Deleting an app alone does not delete information held in cloud services or emails you have sent us. Offloading an app may preserve its local data.
