This policy describes the current development version of Monster Picnic, a game for preschoolers from Geometric Applications LLC. It is written for parents and guardians.
Offline play and local progress
The game works offline. Game progress, creations, and settings are saved on the device. The current version does not send this information to Geometric Applications or a third-party service. Your device’s operating system may include app data in a device backup under your platform account settings.
In-app purchases
Monster Picnic includes in-app purchases processed through your device’s app store. Purchase-related information is exchanged with the store to complete purchases and make purchased content available. We do not receive your full payment-card details. The store handles payment information under its own privacy policy.
No other information transmitted
Apart from information needed for in-app purchases, Monster Picnic does not transmit information. The game has no online game accounts, advertising, or third-party analytics. It does not ask children for their name, email address, location, photos, or contact information. Audio and artwork are bundled with the game; listening to game audio does not record the child.
Parent controls and local data
Grown-up settings are behind a parent gate. Some activities provide reset options. Removing the app and its stored data removes the local copy of progress; offloading an app may preserve it. Device backups are managed separately through your platform settings. We cannot remotely access or erase progress that exists only on your device.
Contact from parents
A parent or guardian should contact us on a child’s behalf. Please do not include a child’s full name, photo, or other identifying details. If you believe personal information about a child has been sent to us, email contact@geometricapplications.com so we can investigate and arrange deletion as appropriate.
When you contact support
If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to provide, such as your device model, screenshots, and a description of the issue. We use this information to respond and troubleshoot. Do not send passwords or payment-card details.
Retention and deletion
We retain information only as long as needed to provide the relevant service, resolve support requests, and meet applicable legal obligations. Local game progress remains on your device until it is reset or removed. Device or platform backups may retain separate copies.
You can request access, correction, or deletion of information associated with you by contacting contact@geometricapplications.com. If collection relies on consent, you can also contact us about withdrawing that consent. See Data & Account Deletion for how to submit a request. We may need to verify that you control the relevant account before acting.
Service providers and security
Information is processed by the service providers described in this policy to deliver their functions. We use reasonable safeguards to protect information and require providers handling information on our behalf to protect it consistently with this policy and applicable requirements. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
