This policy describes information handled in connection with Resolute Hero RPG (also listed as Resolute Hero – Offline RPG on Google Play), published by Geometric Applications LLC.
Game progress
Resolute Hero RPG does not offer cloud saves. The game stores progress and settings on your device. Platform backup features may make separate copies under your Apple or Google account settings.
Usage and diagnostics
The game’s App Store privacy disclosure lists product-interaction data for analytics and crash, performance, and other diagnostic data for app functionality, not linked to your identity. These categories concern how the game is used and technical problems.
The game is built with Unity. Platform and engine services may process technical information about the app and device. See Unity’s game-player privacy policy, Apple’s privacy policy, and Google’s privacy policy.
Purchases
Optional purchases are processed by Apple or Google. Purchase information, such as transaction identifiers and purchase status, is used to grant or restore purchased content. We do not receive your full payment-card details.
Children
Resolute Hero RPG is a general-audience role-playing game, not the Monster Picnic children’s game. Consult the age rating in your regional app store. A parent or guardian can contact us about a child’s information.
When you contact support
If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to provide, such as your device model, screenshots, and a description of the issue. We use this information to respond and troubleshoot. Do not send passwords or payment-card details.
Retention and deletion
We retain information only as long as needed to provide the relevant service, resolve support requests, and meet applicable legal obligations. Local game progress remains on your device until it is reset or removed. Device or platform backups may retain separate copies.
You can request access, correction, or deletion of information associated with you by contacting contact@geometricapplications.com. If collection relies on consent, you can also contact us about withdrawing that consent. See Data & Account Deletion for how to submit a request. We may need to verify that you control the relevant account before acting.
Service providers and security
Information is processed by the service providers described in this policy to deliver their functions. We use reasonable safeguards to protect information and require providers handling information on our behalf to protect it consistently with this policy and applicable requirements. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
