This policy describes information handled in connection with Rogue Dungeon RPG, published by Geometric Applications LLC.
Game progress and optional cloud saves
The game stores progress on your device. If you choose to sign in and use cloud saves, Google Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore process an account identifier, information supplied by your sign-in provider (such as an email address or profile name), and the gameplay data you upload. This lets you store and retrieve your save. Sign-in options depend on the platform and game version.
Apple or Google handles authentication for its sign-in service. We do not receive your Apple or Google password. See Firebase’s privacy information, Google’s privacy policy, and Apple’s privacy policy.
Usage and diagnostics
The game’s App Store privacy disclosure lists product-interaction data for analytics and crash data for app functionality, not linked to your identity. These categories concern how the game is used and technical problems. Cloud-saved gameplay content is associated with your sign-in account.
Purchases
Optional purchases are processed by Apple or Google. Purchase information, such as transaction identifiers and purchase status, is used to grant or restore the purchased content. We do not receive your full payment-card details.
Children
Rogue Dungeon RPG is a general-audience role-playing game, not the Monster Picnic children’s game. Consult the age rating in your regional app store. A parent or guardian can contact us about a child’s information.
When you contact support
If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to provide, such as your device model, screenshots, and a description of the issue. We use this information to respond and troubleshoot. Do not send passwords or payment-card details.
Retention and deletion
We retain information only as long as needed to provide the relevant service, resolve support requests, and meet applicable legal obligations. Local game progress remains on your device until it is reset or removed. Device or platform backups may retain separate copies.
You can request access, correction, or deletion of information associated with you by contacting contact@geometricapplications.com. If collection relies on consent, you can also contact us about withdrawing that consent. See Data & Account Deletion for how to submit a request. We may need to verify that you control the relevant account before acting.
Service providers and security
Information is processed by the service providers described in this policy to deliver their functions. We use reasonable safeguards to protect information and require providers handling information on our behalf to protect it consistently with this policy and applicable requirements. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
